We will accommodate all of your audio-visual requirements with our state-of-the-art equipment and infrastructure.  You may bring your own equipment or utilize our in-house capabilities.

Fundraising Venue

The Pinnacle Event Center is a perfect place to hold quiet intimate fundraisers with a small group of special supporters or as a large event venue for anything you can dream up – a casino night, speaker with silent auction, a spaghetti supper club experience…the sky’s the limit and so are the funds you can raise when you let the staff at Central Park West help you put together your big night. Once we have a plan in place, you can focus your energy on the main event – the fundraiser and let us do the heavy lifting.

Twylite Thursday

The Pinnacle, in effort to support local charities and philanthropic organizations launched Twylite Thursday in 2008. Our goal is to provide these groups with the environment, setting and support to have a thriving and successful fund raising event.
 
 
What is Twylite Thursday?
The Pinnacle opens its doors and outside terrace on Thursday evenings for use by non-profit groups throughout the summer. In addition to providing you access to our facility we also can provide event coordination support, food service, cash bar and our outdoor state for entertainment.
 
Since we launched Twylite Thursday, it has been met with overwhelming success and has been instrumental in helping hundreds of groups raise much needed funds. We are thrilled to continue to provide this fund raising opportunity to non-profit organizations throughout Northwest Ohio and South East Michigan.
 
How to get involved with Twylite Thursday
Twylite Thursday participants are selected at random from all submitted applications.
Application Submission: November thru December.
Dates picked/assigned: January.
Completed contracts due: February
Partners/Calendars Sent in March.
Entertainment requested by April.
Flyers/Tickets sent out in May.
June – September – Twylite Events Happening
October – Follow Up/Finishing Surveys

The Pinnacle Event & Banquet facility offers 10,000 square feet of flexible Toledo event space. All of our Toledo meeting and event space, has windows with natural lighting. Our outside terrace provides you additional space if needed or provides the ideal space to take break.
